SoundHound AI said it released Amelia 7.0, an enterprise agent platform combining autonomous AI agents with SoundHound voice AI including ASR, NLU and enterprise tuning, in a Santa Clara release dated 8 May 2025.

Agentic+, the proprietary multi-process framework, runs fleets of goal-oriented agents that understand, reason and act across channels, orchestrating multiple specialised agents for multi-intent queries via text or voice without human intervention. Agents use LLM reasoning and planning while enterprises define task-specific knowledge and functions; a library of business-ready presets covers examples such as password resets and reorders, with toggles between programmed actions, deterministic flows and third-party integrations for multi-stage processes. Features named include world-class voice, an enterprise generative AI agent builder, Agentic+ orchestration, enterprise guardrails, LLM-agnostic design with expanded third-party integrations, and an analytics UI plus AI companion for builders.

Example multi-intent flows include patient reorder plus bill plus appointment; retail exchange plus cancel; and employee IT plus PTO. Michael Anderson, EVP of Enterprise AI at SoundHound AI, said: "While others talk about the promise of agentic AI, SoundHound is delivering this next wave of voice-enabled AI agents for real world enterprises." Capability claims are company statements; AI-360 has not independently verified them. Distinct from the live SoundHound-acquires-Amelia card — this is the post-acquisition product ship.
