Mistral AI has introduced Mistral AI Studio, a platform for enterprise teams to build, evaluate and run AI in production, Mistral AI said on 24 October 2025.
Mistral said most enterprise AI adoption stalls at the prototype stage because teams lack a system to make AI reliable, observable and governed. AI Studio packages the infrastructure Mistral uses to run its own large-scale systems.
The platform has three pillars. Observability lets teams inspect traffic, build datasets, score outputs with custom judges and track regressions. Agent Runtime runs single-step and multi-step agents in a stateful, fault-tolerant runtime built on Temporal. AI Registry is a system of record for agents, models, datasets, judges, tools and workflows, with lineage, versioning, access controls and promotion gates.
AI Studio supports hybrid, dedicated and self-hosted deployments, so enterprises can run agents on their own infrastructure while keeping ownership of their data.
