Chargebacks911 and sister company Fi911 have launched a Unified Dispute Management System described as a Disputes-as-a-Service platform, according to the Business Wire release of 27 October 2025. The overlay is meant to unify dispute data and workflows for merchants, acquirers, payment facilitators, fintechs, issuers and their customers without replacing core systems.

Features listed include unified data exchange, plug-and-play integration, configurable self-service tools, subscription pricing and continuous rule updates. The release cites real-time transparency, agentic AI tools and collaboration across card and alternative payment rails, including support for Sabre Direct Pay in travel. Smaller merchants can self-register with free real-time notifications and optional premium representment tools.

Founder and chief executive Monica Eaton said the industry has struggled with fragmented systems “never designed for today’s challenges,” and that UDMS lets every stakeholder “see the same truth in any given transaction.” Chief technology officer Donald Kossmann said dispute resolution should be “as frictionless and fast as the experience of making a purchase.” Chargebacks911 said it safeguards more than 2.4 billion transactions a year across 87 countries for over 2.5 million merchants — company figures.

UDMS can also run as a standalone purchase-protection layer for real-time payments, ACH, digital currencies and loyalty rails, Chargebacks911 said.
