Anaplan said it announced a suite of role-based AI agents under Anaplan Intelligence for real-time cross-functional decision-making, in a Miami release dated 9 December 2025.

Anchor agent CoModeler turns natural-language requests into structured planning models, logic and calculations and documents every step for governance; it was in limited availability from November 2025 with general availability expected in the first quarter of 2026. Four additional role-based agents available at announcement were Finance Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, Sales Analyst and Workforce Analyst — analysing data, generating narratives and dashboards, recommending actions and executing approved changes such as reallocating resources. Anaplan Forecaster, launched 20 October 2025 as the AI-native successor to PlanIQ, delivers expanded ML algorithms and explainability, with granular forecasts feeding directly into Anaplan models and no data-science expertise required. Custom Agent and Agent Studio were in limited availability, with Custom Agent GA expected in Q1 2026 and first autonomous AI agents previewed for the first half of 2026 with human oversight.

Adam Thier, chief product and technology officer, said: "With over a decade of expertise designing, building and deploying millions of models based on proven planning best practices, Anaplan is uniquely able to deliver predictive, generative, and agentic AI that drives decision excellence across the enterprise." Availability stages are company statements; AI-360 has not independently verified them.
