Aloi said it gave the first public demonstration of Atlas, its Negotiation Platform, in a company news update dated 11 September 2026.
Atlas analyses a firm's proprietary knowledge to identify how comparable provisions, risks and negotiation issues were handled previously, then brings those patterns into new negotiations. Capabilities named on the company page include contextual risk analysis, scenario assessment, alternative positions and negotiation guidance grounded in the firm's own experience. The product is positioned against manual searching for negotiation documents: Atlas surfaces prior approach patterns for the decision at hand. CEO Johan Häger's Decision Intelligence framing on related company pages describes ingesting a firm's full dataset to understand prior risk assessment, positions, negotiations and decisions, then applying those patterns to the matter at hand.
Related Decision Intelligence workflow surfaces listed on Aloi's news index — automated agreement drafting, interactive drafting with firm data, redline review and counterproposals, and a precedent finder linked to document management systems — provide product context rather than separate launches. Named law-firm customers already using Aloi, according to a later leadership page, include Wiersholm, BAHR, Avance and Roschier. Product mechanisms and customer names are company statements; AI-360 has not independently verified Atlas performance. Distinct from the live August 2026 US$7m funding card.
