Accenture launched Trusted Wealth Ops on 11 September 2026, an AI-native wealth-management solution that combines Salesforce's Headless 360 stack with Anthropic's Claude for advisor workflows, the company said in a newsroom blog.

The architecture uses Salesforce Agentforce Financial Services, Data 360 and Agentforce for governed data and deterministic execution, Claude for reasoning, and Accenture for wealth-industry workflows and controls. Accenture said expected outcomes include compressing client onboarding toward 24 hours, a not-in-good-order rate below 5%, and up to about 25% advisor productivity lift — figures stated by Accenture, not independently verified by AI-360. The firm framed the product against an estimated US$84 trillion generational wealth transfer through 2045.

Background agents are described as monitoring portfolios for funding gaps and lifecycle events, drafting communications for advisor review, and operating under compliance guardrails such as permissions, approved sources, human approvals, exception routing and audit logs. Accenture said firms can add the capabilities without rebuilding underlying platforms, and that an initial solution can be stood up in weeks.

Leo Framil, US financial services lead at Accenture, said: "By bringing together Salesforce's platform, Anthropic's AI and Accenture's wealth management expertise, we're giving firms a practical, proven path to modernize without starting from scratch." Rohan Kumar, president and chief platform and engineering officer at Salesforce, said Headless 360 lets customers bring trusted Salesforce data, workflows and permissions to AI experiences without rebuilding systems the business already depends on.
