Aloi said on 11 August 2026 that it had raised US$7 million in early funding for organisational judgment and decision intelligence, pointing to Artificial Lawyer coverage of the round.

Details were published in Artificial Lawyer's interview.

Artificial Lawyer reported that Aloi’s core product is a Judgment Graph that captures reasoning behind prior legal decisions, not only documents, with APIs and MCP for integrating decision intelligence into existing AI assistants and workflows.

The company said it was working with Nordic firms including Roschier, Avance and Wiersholm, and operating across the Nordics, Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, Spain and Portugal, with US expansion planned.

Earlier funding of about US$3.5 million in 2025 was cited; the lead investor for the US$7 million round was undisclosed. Named angels included Victor Jacobsson, Fredrik Jung Abbou and Erik Engebretsen, according to the coverage.

Aloi’s account of a later Series A plan is aspirational company commentary, not a closed round.
