AI Rudder raised US$10 million in Series A funding co-led by Sequoia Capital India and Sequoia China Seed Fund, according to a company news post dated 16 November 2021.
Existing investors Zhen Fund, IMO Ventures, Zizhu Xiaomiao Fund and Huashan Capital participated. The same release noted a prior US$1 million seed in January 2020 and a US$2 million seed extension in June 2020, establishing an early capital stack before the later Tiger Global and Coatue Series B. Named clients at Series A included Kredivo, Adira Finance and FinVolution — early BFSI and fintech colour that precedes AI Rudder's 2026 Adira deployment highlight. The Sequoia Capital India relationship continued into the later Series B participation.
Funding history and named-client lists are as stated in the 2021 company release; AI-360 has not independently verified subsequent capitalisation, ownership changes or whether those early named BFSI clients remained active after later funding rounds.
