The company claims extraction accuracy above 99 percent and onboarding measured in minutes rather than months, with support for 56 languages and more than 400 enterprise system integrations.
The same announcement describes usage-based pricing and a free trial covering all features.
Customer examples on the company page include StateCover Mutual processing more than 300,000 documents a year across about 80 types, and Northline logistics handling more than 120,000 proof-of-delivery documents.
Affinda frames the stack as large language models, RAG memory, reading-order algorithms and OCR wrapped into classify-extract-validate workflows.
