Addresscloud announced new investment from London private-equity firm Kester Capital as a next-phase growth partnership with founders and management, the company said on 17 September 2025. The amount was not disclosed on the company page.

Proceeds were framed around scaling technology, global coverage, people and products while keeping specialist responsiveness for insurer customers. Leadership changes disclosed with the deal included Simon de la Hoyde as chief commercial officer, Lucy Oxer as chief operating officer and Stacey White as interim chief financial officer; Alun Jones retired as director and CCO and stays as strategic adviser on property data. Founder and chief executive Mark Varley and chief technology officer Tomas Holderness continue to lead, and with Kester they represent the board pending a new chair.

Varley said: "From an operational point of view, it's business as usual. We are passionate about providing rich address, climate and perils data to our insurer customers, helping them to pinpoint and assess their risks more accurately before they go on cover." Kester was cited for a data and technology track record including DC Byte and Vixio.
