Addresscloud partnered with Artificial, the London algorithmic underwriting and placement platform, to bring address-level property enrichment into Artificial's tools for US property, Addresscloud said on 20 October 2025.
The combination links Addresscloud geocoding, building outlines and property attributes with Artificial's Smart Underwriting and Placement workflows. Initial focus is richer property enrichment at underwriting and placement, with scope to add geographies and use cases as demand grows. Mark Varley, chief executive of Addresscloud, said: "Working with Artificial Labs allows us to extend the impact of Addresscloud's data where it matters most: at the point of underwriting."
Ed Howkins, chief growth officer at Artificial, said clients want faster, informed tools powered by high-quality data sources. For buyers, the deal is a named placement and underwriting partner shipping Addresscloud enrichment into an AI-assisted US property workflow rather than a marketing alliance alone.
Partnership scope beyond the announced US property enrichment has not been independently verified by AI-360.
