11x launched Alice as an autonomous outbound AI sales development representative that manages prospecting through meeting booking without human intervention, the company said on 2 May 2025.

Alice is framed as a digital worker rather than a co-pilot seat. 11x said the agent scans markets in real time using signals such as job changes, website visitors and lookalike intent, then scores leads so outreach concentrates on higher-intent accounts. Messaging draws on a RAG-based knowledge graph trained on each customer's content and tone, producing multi-touch sequences that incorporate behavioural signals across phone and email. The company claimed always-on engagement, native operation inside Gmail and Google Workspace with up to about five times better deliverability than legacy send tools, and fluency in more than 105 languages for market expansion.

The post is distinct from 11x's inbound phone agent Julian: Alice owns outbound end-to-end. Deliverability, language and performance claims are vendor assertions and have not been independently verified by AI-360.
