Wipro Limited said it made a significant investment that makes it the majority shareholder in Aggne, a property and casualty insurance consulting and managed-services firm specialising in IP-led Duck Creek Technologies implementations, in a release dated 13 February 2024.

Aggne was founded in 2019 with incorporation in the United States and India, offices in Tampa, Florida and Hyderabad, India, and about 230 employees at announcement. It was already a Duck Creek premier partner and Duck Creek's 2023 Americas Value Creation Partner of the Year. Wipro and Aggne framed the combination as faster time-to-market for P&C clients by pairing Aggne's modular IP with Wipro's global delivery scale. Wipro later confirmed in a February 2024 stock-exchange letter, cross-referenced in a 2026 SEBI filing, that it completed a 60% stake in Aggne Global Inc. and Aggne Global IT Services Pvt Ltd on 14 February 2024.

Asha Kalidindi, co-founder and CEO of Aggne, said: "With access to Wipro's scale and deep technical capabilities, as well as investments in artificial intelligence, we will be able to innovate faster, expand our capabilities and build new ones in alignment with evolving industry needs." Duck Creek CEO Mike Jackowski welcomed the combination for SaaS core deployments. Partnership and capability claims are company statements and have not been independently verified by AI-360.
