Transamerica integrated the National Insurance Producer Registry through AgentSync to deliver daily updates to agent licensing and appointment data, AgentSync said on 31 March 2025.
The Aegon-group life insurer framed the work as eliminating delays from outdated or inaccurate licensing that impede policy processing, with benefits including reduced licensing holds, faster policy approvals, smoother applications and better access to solutions such as FE Express Solution and future instant-issue products. Andrew DeMarco, head of life solutions at Transamerica, said: "Transamerica strives to make it easier for agents to do business with us. This integration enables agents to focus on helping their clients, while ensuring that their licensing is current."
Context on the page included life, retirement and investment solutions for more than 10 million Americans and more than US$47 billion in claims and benefits paid in 2023. AgentSync positioned the integration within Distribution Channel Management connecting onboarding workflows and real-time data across systems. Customer scale figures are as stated by the parties; AI-360 has not independently verified operational impact.
