The transaction has been approved by both companies' boards of directors and is expected to close early in Salesforce's fiscal year 2027, subject to regulatory clearances and customary closing conditions. Stockholders holding approximately 63% of Informatica's voting power have delivered written consent approving the transaction, with funding through cash and new debt.
