Roots Automation, Inc. launched Bevaya on 28 May 2026 as its AI agent platform and go-forward brand for insurance, according to a PR Newswire release. Bevaya replaces the Roots platform name; Roots Automation Inc. remains the legal entity, with products, services and customer engagements carrying the Bevaya brand.
The company said Bevaya is powered by InsurGPT trained on more than 300 million proprietary insurance documents, with Workflow Canvas and an AI Assistant for agent design, human-in-the-loop Highlight Mode, and connectors for Guidewire, Outlook, SFTP and HTTP APIs. A pre-built agent library spans underwriting, claims and policy servicing.
Bevaya cited more than 115 production AI deployments, including three of the top five P&C carriers, three of the top 10 brokers and three of the top 20 TPAs, and said customers realised more than US$100 million of value in 2025. Co-founders Chaz Perera (CEO) and John Cottongim are former AIG executives; the firm was founded in 2018.
Deployment and value figures are company claims. Primary details are in the release; the brand homepage is https://www.bevaya.ai/.
