NVIDIA has expanded its Isaac open robotics development platform with a reference humanoid, datasets, a new runtime and updates to its robot learning framework, the company said on 21 October 2026.

The centrepiece is Agile ONE SN from Agile Robots, a full-stack reference humanoid preconfigured with NVIDIA Isaac GR00T and powered by the Jetson Thor edge AI platform, with planned integration of the NVIDIA Halos safety stack. NVIDIA said it unifies simulation, training and deployment tools, cutting setup time from weeks to days.

The robot stands 1.40 metres tall, weighs 40 kilograms and has 31 degrees of freedom, with a 3-kilogram payload per arm and two five-finger hands. Jetson Thor provides 2,070 FP4 teraflops and 128GB of unified memory on board.

The platform also gains an Isaac OS runtime, Isaac Lab 3.0 for robot learning and open-source reference workflows. The announcement was made at GTC Berlin.

"General-purpose robotics is advancing at extraordinary speed — the ChatGPT moment for robotics is fast approaching," said Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA.

The release did not give pricing or shipping dates for Agile ONE SN.
