NAVEX has introduced Nira, the NAVEX Intelligent Response Agent, as an agentic AI experience within NAVEX One, the company said on 7 July 2026. Unlike general-purpose tools, NAVEX said Nira combines proprietary domain knowledge, operating context and industry benchmark data to help risk and compliance teams interpret programme information and act on emerging risks.
Nira for Analytics is the first proof point. The company said it lets teams ask natural-language questions of programme data, surface reports and trends, and compare against benchmarks so leaders can advise boards with clearer visibility. NAVEX framed the launch as a step toward turning NAVEX One into an AI-powered system of work spanning analytics, reporting, investigations and other compliance workflows.
Raj Sethuraman, president and chief product and technology officer, said: "Nira sets a new standard for risk and compliance. It brings AI built for compliance directly into the NAVEX One platform, helping teams reduce manual burden, sharpen decisions and turn intelligence into action." Chief executive Arpan Sheth said lasting value will come from interconnected data, workflow context and deep compliance intelligence rather than AI alone.
NAVEX said it is trusted by 13,000 organisations, including 75% of Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Priced SKUs and named Nira early customers were not disclosed in the announcement.
