GenerativeX has closed a US$4 million Series A led by Nissay Capital, the company said on 29 June 2026. Salesforce Ventures, Angel Bridge, DeepCore and SMBC Venture Capital participated, according to the Tokyo- and US-based firm's announcement.

Founder and chief executive Rei Araki said: "Coding agents are reshaping how every business is run, not just how software gets developed. What enterprises need is a partner who can take them all the way from strategy to working product. We've done that for some of the world's largest companies, and this round lets us scale that model further" GenerativeX positions itself as an implementation partner that takes enterprises from agent experiments to production deployments, with offices in San Francisco, New York and Tokyo.

The investor list mixes Japanese financial-group capital with Salesforce's venture arm, matching a services-plus-platform motion around Agentforce and adjacent stacks. GenerativeX's release stressed delivered client impact rather than a pure product-only launch story.

The Series A is sized for hiring and deeper enterprise delivery as coding and business agents move from demos into day-to-day operating rhythm.
