The Lisbon-based company positions an AI-native RiskOps platform for fraud, risk and anti-money-laundering teams. Feedzai said it protects more than 70 billion in annualised payment volume across card transactions and bill payments, and pointed to product launches including Feedzai Orchestration and Feedzai IQ, plus a TRUST Framework for responsible generative-AI design. Vendor-reported impact figures in the release include more than $2 billion in losses prevented and more than 20 million analyst hours saved.
Co-founder and chief executive Nuno Sebastião said: "Fraud isn't just numbers on a balance sheet. It's families losing their life savings and businesses losing customers. Protecting people and organizations from financial crime is why we built Feedzai." Vasco Pereira Coutinho, chief executive at Lince Capital, said Feedzai's multi-product execution and global scale place it in an elite tier of software companies.
Garrigues served as legal counsel to Feedzai on the round. Further valuation terms beyond the headline figures were not disclosed.
