Behavox said on 25 February 2026 that its 2025 results included an 86% increase in customers, taking the base to more than 100 major financial institutions across five continents. The company also introduced Polaris, a trade surveillance product that can run alone or alongside Quantum communications surveillance under one governed case workflow.

Among penetration claims for the year, Behavox said 10 of 24 global systemically important banks were customers, six of the ten largest Japanese financial conglomerates used the platform, and five of the 20 largest European banks ran more than two Behavox products. It also said it partners with five of the 15 largest hedge-fund managers, three of the ten largest private-equity firms and five of the ten largest global energy, mining and commodities majors. Those figures are company statements.

Behavox said Polaris uses agentic AI to pull related chats, emails, voice recordings and archive records into a single case with evidence lineage. Out of the box it supports nine asset classes — fixed income, FX, commodities, equities, money markets, structured products, funds and CIS, environmental products and digital assets — and was in preview with selected customers, with general availability scheduled for the second quarter of 2026.

Chief revenue officer Nabeel Ebrahim said customers want lower total cost of ownership and a simpler surveillance stack without compromising defensibility. The company cast Polaris as an alternative to legacy vendors it named in the release; those comparisons are Behavox’s own characterisation of the market. The announcement did not name preview customers or publish independent alert-quality benchmarks.
