Apivia Courtage, part of AEMA Group, and SoundHound AI said they are deploying Amelia 7 for Apivia Courtage contact centres, with a pilot already underway, in a Santa Clara SoundHound IR release dated 8 October 2025.
The deployment builds on a partnership since 2023; the prior Amelia platform was said to drive a 20% productivity increase at the insurer's contact centre, with agents handling thousands of calls on medical expense reimbursement and insurance guarantee levels. Amelia 7 agentic capabilities target multi-intent inbound queries enabling self-serve without human escalation. Named agent tasks for Apivia include OTP identity verification in natural conversation; answering contract questions; updating personal information such as address and phone; calculating the financial impact of contract updates; and sending quotes or scheduling human advisor meetings. Agentic+ combines LLM reasoning with deterministic flows and human escalation across chat, text and voice with SoundHound ASR and NLU.
Emmanuelle Nguyen, CEO of Apivia Courtage, said: "Thanks to Amelia 7 Agentic AI, we are deploying a multi-service platform to ensure our clients have seamless and innovative experiences." Gérald Audenis, head of operations for Europe at SoundHound AI, said: "This deployment of Amelia 7 will put Apivia Courtage at the leading edge of AI for customer service. The insurance industry as a whole really stands to benefit from this wave of innovation and platforms like Amelia 7 that drive value for businesses while delivering a faster, more efficient service to their customers." Productivity claims and task scope are company and customer statements; AI-360 has not independently verified them.
