Alteryx said Alteryx Copilot and new GenAI-powered tools inside Alteryx One reached general availability, in an Irvine release dated 16 December 2025.
The company claimed a single natural-language prompt can generate an entire workflow in less than 90 seconds, with Copilot operating entirely within governed Alteryx One so prompts, workflows and outputs remain secure, traceable and auditable. Enterprise-approved LLMs from OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic or custom models are embedded into governed analytic workflows rather than used standalone on raw data. Example automations named include summarising customer or survey feedback, transforming unstructured documents into structured datasets, generating compliant narratives and reports grounded in enterprise data, and accelerating invoice processing, contract review and other document-heavy tasks.
Aaron Foster, tax transformation managing director at Crowe LLP, said: "We are building with Alteryx GenAI tools to handle complex data transformation, unlocking the full value of AI-driven document intelligence. This has strengthened our confidence in automated workflows and made data analysis more efficient. These initiatives have transformed tax analytics into a collaborative, transparent process. By integrating seamlessly with existing review procedures and delivering reliable outputs, Alteryx helped us overcome initial challenges and create a scalable model for ongoing analytics adoption." Ben Canning, chief product officer, said: "By grounding LLMs in accurate data, business context, and deterministic workflows, Alteryx turns generative reasoning into trusted, actionable automation for the enterprise." Speed and governance claims are company statements; AI-360 has not independently verified them. Distinct from live May 2026 Agent Studio/MCP and September 2026 VURA cards.
