Airbyte has added semantic search to its Freshdesk, Twilio, Typeform and Incident.io agent connectors, bringing the number of semantic-search-enabled connectors to ten, and released a Gmail agent connector, the company said in a blog post on 28 August 2026.
The new connectors join GitHub, Zendesk, Gong, Linear, Google Drive and Granola. As data syncs, Airbyte extracts free-text fields, splits them into passages, generates embeddings and indexes them in its Context Store, returning the most relevant passages for an agent's natural-language question.
Freshdesk search covers ticket descriptions, agent notes and customer replies; Twilio covers SMS and messaging logs; Typeform covers form responses; and Incident.io covers incident descriptions, timelines and postmortems. The Gmail connector gives agents access to email threads, labels, messages and profile data through the same interface as other connectors.
“Most of the useful context in your business tools lives in places structured queries can't reach,” wrote Kushal Chatterjee in the company's post.
