AgentSync launched Hierarchies to manage producer distribution structures from appointment through downstream commission, especially the layered complexity of life and annuities, the company said on 21 April 2026.
Capabilities include product hierarchy visualisation, commission-level support, carrier product creation, bulk import of contracts and producers, an admin change-request and approval workflow, and a full change log for auditability. Integration features include real-time APIs and webhooks for hierarchy changes, single sign-on, an embedded UI with Manage, automatic licensing and appointment retrieval via NIPR, and producer self-service for downline hierarchy management. The product is positioned against spreadsheets and tribal knowledge for layered upline and downline commission chains.
Chief executive Niranjan "Niji" Sabharwal said: "The way insurance distribution actually works has never matched the way most platforms try to model it.
