Addresscloud launched its first North American property data product for underwriters, exposure managers and data teams, chief executive Mark Varley wrote on the company blog on 14 April 2025.

The company claimed coverage of more than 150 million properties with 20 natural hazards and building-level risk insights. Risk factors consolidated include flood and wildfire vulnerability, structural characteristics and multi-peril hazard exposure for coverage, pricing and portfolio enrichment with primary and secondary modifiers. Data sources named include JBA Risk Management flood data, Precisely wildfire insights, open tax-assessor data and FEMA, NOAA and USACE public datasets, with every point linked to a building footprint.

Delivery options include APIs into underwriting workflows, risk visualisation tools, or data-as-a-service into customer data lakes for analytics and machine learning. Varley framed the US expansion as empowering more informed, data-driven risk decisions as the risk landscape grows more complex.

Coverage counts and hazard tallies are company claims and have not been independently verified by AI-360.
