11x.ai said Julian integrates with CRM and calendar tools, supports phone, SMS and WhatsApp in multiple languages, and can run re-engagement campaigns for dormant leads.
The company positioned Julian as covering inbound around the clock so human reps focus on higher-value conversations, rather than as a full replacement for a sales team.
