Vendict has raised $10 million in a Series A led by Moneta VC and JAL Ventures, according to the ACCESS Newswire release of 5 August 2025. Existing backers NFX, Cardumen Capital, Disruptive AI and Cyber Club London also participated. Total capital raised stands at $20 million, the company said, with more than 100 customers acquired in under three years.
The AI-native GRC platform is positioned for security questionnaires, framework gap analysis across regimes such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA and ESG, and third-party risk reviews with source-backed outputs. Co-founder and chief executive Udi Cohen said: "Compliance shouldn't be spending their time copy-pasting across spreadsheets. They should be steering strategy, managing risk, and earning trust. That's what Vendict enables."
Chief technology officer Michael Keslassy said building AI-native lets Vendict retrain and optimise models from proprietary feedback loops, approval workflows and decision boundaries in real time — adaptive intelligence he argued is harder when AI is retrofitted onto a legacy stack. Raul Zayat Galante, CISO at Orca Security, said the platform eliminated manual questionnaire work and produced consistent responses tied to documentation.
Investor colour from Cardumen, Moneta and NFX in the release frames Vendict as AI-native rather than bolt-on. Vendor metrics such as questionnaire time reductions remain attributed claims.
