Trustfull has closed a €6 million investment round led by Seaya Ventures and Elevator Ventures, with United Ventures participating, the company said on 29 July 2025. Funds are earmarked for European expansion — strengthening Italy, Spain and France and entering further markets — plus sales and marketing growth and new fraud-detection capabilities.

The platform uses open-source intelligence and AI agents that analyse hundreds of digital signals across phone, email, IP and domain data for KYC, KYB and AML workflows. Founded in 2020, Trustfull said it was on pace for more than 100 million checks annually by the end of 2025. Named clients include Nexi, ING Bank, Scalapay, Elavon, Cofidis, AirHelp and Sisal.

Chief executive Marko Maras welcomed Seaya and Elevator alongside continued United Ventures support. Aris Xenofontos of Seaya said that as fraudsters grow more sophisticated, Trustfull is “redefining the standards for digital risk assessment and online trust.” Recognition cited in the post — including Sifted fastest-growing lists and Fintech Global’s RegTech100 and FinCrimeTech50 for 2025 — is attributed to those publishers as presented by Trustfull.

Elevator Ventures’ Maximilian Schausberger was also quoted in the company post supporting Trustfull’s European expansion thesis.
