bolttech has raised US$147 million in Series C funding at a US$2.1 billion valuation, the company said on 4 June 2025. The embedded-insurance platform said the round supports global expansio.

Tinubu has raised US$45 million led by Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital, the company said on 1 May 2025. The trade-credit and surety software firm framed the growth round as fuel for product.

ResiQuant raised a US$4 million seed round led by LDV Capital, the company said in March 2025. The platform targets catastrophe property underwriting with structural AI.

Pinpoint Predictive completed a Series A of more than US$23 million led by Markd, the company said on 8 October 2024.

Bevaya raised a US$22.2 million Series B led by Harbert Growth Partners, the company said on 17 September 2024.
