SoundHound AI said Gartner positioned the company as a Leader in the Magic Quadrant for Conversational AI Platforms in a report dated 7 July 2026, the company said on 13 July 2026. The newsroom release highlights Amelia 7’s voice-native design, Agentic+ framework, governed orchestration and LLM-agnostic architecture, alongside OASYS — launched in May 2026 — which SoundHound describes as a self-learning platform that creates, evaluates and improves conversational agent fleets with guardrails and human-assisted resolution.
Co-founder and chief executive Keyvan Mohajer said the recognition “validates our belief that the future of AI automation will be pioneered by voice-native architecture.” The company’s About block cites more than 400 patents and billions of interactions annually across financial services, health, retail, hospitality and automotive.

SoundHound said OASYS adds autonomous create–evaluate–improve loops for agent fleets while keeping human-assisted resolution paths for edge cases.
