Socure has taken a strategic growth investment that values the identity platform at US$5.2 billion, the company said on 27 August 2026. Summit Partners led the round, with Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Wells Fargo, Docusign and others participating, according to the Summit Partners announcement.

Socure is also acquiring Fravity, an agentic platform for fraud, risk and compliance operations, folding agent tooling into its identity stack. The company cited US$364 million of total annual recurring revenue at the close of the second quarter of 2026 — a Socure figure. Headquarters remains Incline Village, Nevada.

Summit's notes stressed identity as a trust perimeter in an AI-driven economy. Summit Partners said: "We see identity as the first perimeter for trust in an AI-driven economy across nearly every use case, and we believe the platforms that can verify identity accurately, continuously, and at global scale, will define the next decade of risk infrastructure." The Fravity deal is presented as a way to put agents to work on the same risk operations Socure already scores for banks and government customers.

At a US$5.2 billion mark and with Fravity in tow, Socure is betting that identity plus agentic risk operations is the combination enterprises will buy next.
