Sirma has put Sirma Enterprise AI into beta, initially for internal use and then for customers, the company said on 15 September 2025. The Bulgarian software group described a no-code and low-code environment for role-specific agents, agent teams and workflows tied to corporate data, available as SaaS or fully on-premise.
Integrations named in the investor announcement include multiple large language models from OpenAI, Google and Anthropic, plus ERP and CRM systems. Voice agents and a simulation playground are also part of the early offering. Chief executive Tsvetan Alexiev stressed security requirements for banks, insurers, healthcare and government buyers, and said the platform should shorten development and deployment times as Sirma uses it as a foundation for its own delivery.
Sirma cited illustrative benefits drawn from global tech research and use cases — including materially less manual document-processing time and faster customer-service responses — rather than audited customer results. A late-stage US automotive prospect was noted as under negotiation at the time of the release. Offices and listing context remain those of the publicly traded Sirma Group.
Sirma Group framed the beta as both an internal productivity platform and a product line for regulated customers that need sovereign or on-premise deployment options.
