Riskonnect launched its Intelligent Risk Framework on 3 February 2026, saying the release embeds AI across its integrated risk management platform and adds Intelligent Risk Framework agent actions for Salesforce Agentforce 360. The company said the framework is meant to support proactive risk work with autonomous agents, auto-generated insights and real-time decision support across risk, safety, compliance, audit, IT and third-party risk.

Chief executive Jim Wetekamp said the framework is “an entirely new operating model for risk functions,” not a single feature, and that Riskonnect has put AI into risk workflows rather than bolting it onto disconnected tools. Brian Landsman, chief executive of AppExchange and global partnerships at Salesforce, said the partner ecosystem is focused on humans and AI working together with autonomous agents and agent actions, and that the latest innovations help agents run complex tasks across a technology stack.

Riskonnect described three pillars — Guide, Predict and Assist — for filtering noise and recommending actions, forecasting outcomes, and automating tasks as a digital teammate. It said the AI runs on Riskonnect data with cross-domain context instead of copying data out of the platform, and that customers get prebuilt risk agents for Agentforce 360 while keeping the option to build agents that match their own operating models.

Chris Henrichsen, senior vice president of risk management and litigation at Discount Tire, said enterprise risk is more dynamic and complex than ever and that teams need AI designed for those realities. He said Riskonnect’s framework is built to help risk teams anticipate threats and decide what to do next. The release did not publish pricing for the agent actions or a separate rollout timetable beyond the February launch.
