Resolver, a Kroll business, has launched AI-Powered Automated Incident Intake and Triage for security and investigation teams, the company said on 25 June 2025. The capability replaces static forms with a conversational Intake Agent that adapts in real time, captures critical details upfront, tags people, locations and assets, classifies reports by type, severity and location, routes them instantly, and can trigger playbooks that assign tasks and alert stakeholders.

Artem Sherman, head of security and investigations, said: "Security teams don't have time to dig through vague reports or chase missing details. With Automated Intake and Triage, they can capture better data upfront, route incidents instantly, and launch the right response — all while maintaining oversight and auditability."

The capability was previewed at Resolver's Ascend 2025 customer conference, where early users reported up to 90% time savings in incident triage — a claim attributed to the company and event feedback. Resolver framed the launch within a broader strategy of human-led, secure tools that keep oversight and auditability central.

About-block claims include safeguarding more than $6.5 trillion in market capitalisation for more than 1,000 global companies. Priced packaging details were not disclosed in the announcement.
