Resistant AI has raised $25 million in a Series B round led by DTCP Growth, the company said on 13 October 2025, with Experian, GV and Notion Capital participating. The Prague-, London- and New York-based firm said it was breakeven in September 2025 and will use the capital to expand document-fraud detection and transaction monitoring into new territories and partnerships, and to build threat-intelligence capabilities.
Since its Series A, Resistant AI said annual recurring revenue has grown tenfold and its customer base fourfold, with more than 150 million documents verified and transactions analysed for fraud and AML up 100 times. Products named in the announcement are Resistant Documents and Resistant Transactions, the latter with more than 80 models aimed at typologies including APP fraud, synthetic corporate identity fraud, money muling and generative-AI document fraud.
Chief executive and founder Martin Rehak said: "The financial crime landscape has fundamentally changed with the deployment of LLMs and AI agents in risk prevention settings, and the weaponization of generative AI by fraudsters. Our fraud and fincrime models offer any institution the tools to empower both their human and agentic co-pilots to combat these AI-powered threats at scale." Michael Rager, partner at DTCP Growth, said Resistant AI's multi-model approach marks a shift in how institutions can protect themselves and their customers.
Named customers in the About block include Dun & Bradstreet, Payoneer, Close Brothers, PennyMac, AXA, Anna Money, Finom and Bank of Valletta. Resistant AI said it employs more than 100 people. Growth and detection-rate claims in the release remain vendor-reported.
