Quantexa has completed a $175 million Series F led by Teachers’ Venture Growth at a $2.6 billion valuation, the company said on 5 March 2025. Existing backers including British Patient Capital participated. Proceeds are framed for platform innovation and North America growth.

Founder and chief executive Vishal Marria said AI is “a once-in-a-generation technology transforming industries” and that Quantexa has focused from day one on trusted data foundations for enterprise decisions. Avid Larizadeh Duggan, senior managing director and head of TVG in EMEA, said businesses need trusted data foundations to enable AI-enhanced decision making with real-world impact.

Quantexa cited nearly 40% licence revenue growth and 23 new customers in 2024, with revenue extending beyond financial services into insurance, telecoms, media, technology and the public sector. Headcount and office footprint were not restated as the lead facts of the round.

Quantexa’s Decision Intelligence platform is sold into financial crime, customer intelligence and risk use cases; the Series F keeps that roadmap funded without disclosing a debt component.

Teachers’ Venture Growth led the round as Quantexa pushed further into North America while keeping London as a core base for Decision Intelligence engineering.
