IXOPAY has launched Payments Intelligence and IXONav, an AI payments assistant for real-time insights across the payments journey, the company said on 2 June 2026. The suite is aimed at merchants whose payment data sits across fragmented systems and dashboards.
Chief product voices in the announcement said merchants are “drowning in payment data” that is hard to act on quickly, and that Payments Intelligence with IXONav supplies real-time actionable insights to improve efficiency, cut costs and smooth checkout. Independent commentary from Jordan McKee of 451 Research, cited by IXOPAY, noted rising merchant demand for smart retries, dynamic routing and adaptive transaction messaging — especially among digitally advanced merchants, where 59% rate payment optimisation as highly important when choosing a processor.
IXOPAY positions the tools for orchestration customers already on its payment infrastructure rather than as a standalone analytics product. Authorisation-rate and cost outcomes remain dependent on each merchant’s mix and acquirer setup.
IXOPAY said the assistant surfaces insights across authorisation, routing and cost dimensions without requiring merchants to stand up a separate data warehouse for payments telemetry.
Merchants already orchestrating through IXOPAY can adopt the intelligence layer against the same transaction fabric rather than exporting logs to a separate BI stack first.
