HiddenLayer has raised US$100 million in Series B funding led by Delta-v Capital, the company said on 2 September 2026. Participants named in the AI security firm's announcement include Ten Eleven, Morgan Stanley, M12 and Booz Allen Ventures.

HiddenLayer said proceeds will advance agentic runtime and harness security as enterprises move from chat pilots to agents that can take actions. The company has been building an end-to-end platform for protecting models and AI applications across defence, financial services and other regulated sectors. An investor comment in the announcement said: "HiddenLayer was early to recognize that enterprise security is critical to the safe deployment of AI, and its buildout of an end-to-end platform to enable compliant AI adoption is an important contribution to addressing this market need."

The Series B lands as security leaders treat model and agent abuse as a budget line, not a research curiosity. HiddenLayer's investor set mixes cyber specialists with strategics that already sell into large enterprises and government buyers.

HiddenLayer framed the round as capacity to scale product and go-to-market while the AI attack surface keeps widening across production systems.
