Harmoney announced on 24 September 2025 a strategic partnership with Complyport, part of ComplyMAP Group, aimed at UK regulated firms. The company said the collaboration combines Complyport’s deep UK regulatory expertise with Harmoney’s modular, fully configurable compliance platform so institutions can simplify compliance while staying aligned with evolving rules.
As regulations tighten and manual processes slow teams down, Harmoney said UK firms gain direct access to its UK platform and a pathway to Onboarding-as-a-Service that pairs technology with regulatory guidance. It also said concrete projects with regulated firms were already under way, with more project news expected in the following months.
Partnership director Frank Verhaest said the partnership is about turning compliance into a business enabler so UK institutions can approach obligations with more confidence and less friction. Howard Baxter, director of KYC managed services at Complyport, said clients expect the firm to anticipate regulatory challenges and provide the right tools, and that Harmoney’s UK platform combines regulatory knowledge with technology to deliver more value to the sector.
Harmoney orchestrates the counterparty lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing monitoring; Complyport brings consultancy depth and regtech tools including its ViCA AI compliance assistant. The post did not name the firms already in project or set a timetable for further announcements.
