Glassbox has launched Pulse AI operational intelligence and an MCP Server for enterprise AI workflows, the company said on 29 July 2026. The products are meant to turn digital experience telemetry into actionable, auditable context for resolving issues and protecting customer trust.
Chief executive Guy Perry said “Enterprise AI has to move from answers to action,” and that Glassbox gives organisations trusted context to resolve issues faster and drive measurable digital outcomes. The company also said customers “don’t need more noise” but an auditable dataset that binds customer behaviour to its technical cause, linking errors to conversion drops and lost revenue.
MCP Server support is positioned so enterprise AI agents can query Glassbox context under governance controls. Named vertical focus in the announcement includes large digital businesses where journey integrity and revenue impact are measured closely; specific bank logos were not the lead facts of the launch.
Glassbox’s existing digital experience dataset underpins Pulse; the MCP Server is the bridge that lets approved enterprise agents query that context under the customer’s access controls.
The launch sits in Glassbox’s broader push to make digital-experience data usable by both human operators and governed AI agents inside the enterprise.
