Farol is an embedded AI agent inside Feedzai RiskOps Studio for conversational intelligence, rule analytics and case summarisation. Launch skills include Risk Strategy, Investigations, Knowledge and SAR Drafting. The company said alert handling times reduced by 20%; SAR drafting up to 12x faster.
