EvenUp announced a $135 million Series D led by Bain Capital Ventures, taking valuation above $1 billion, the company said on 8 October 2024. The firm said total funding reached $235 million and launched four Claims Intelligence Platform products for personal injury practices.

Legaltech verticals are pairing large funding rounds with product suites that draft demand packages and case documents. Firms still need accuracy on medical chronologies and clear human review before filings.

EvenUp has focused on personal injury workflows rather than general legal AI. The Series D and Claims Intelligence launches are a bid to deepen that vertical as general copilots court the same desks.

PI firm operators should insist on measurable quality on their own case samples — and on privilege-safe data handling — before treating any Claims Intelligence label as a completed document automation programme.
