Eudia has secured a Series A of up to US$105 million led by General Catalyst, according to a 13 February 2025 PR Newswire release. Reporting around the raise described roughly US$30 million of committed equity with about US$75 million reserved for acquisitions as the Palo Alto company exited stealth with an Augmented Intelligence platform for Fortune 500 in-house legal teams.

Leadership commentary said: "Visionary CLOs see AI's potential but understand they cannot compromise on trust, accuracy, or a deep understanding of their organization's unique context" Named customers associated with the announcement include Cargill, DHL, Duracell and Coherent — logos that should be treated as company- or investor-stated unless confirmed in a case study. Leadership listed includes Omar Haroun as chief executive, Ashish Agrawal as chief technology officer and David Van Reyk as chief operating officer.

An acquisition reserve inside a Series A is unusual packaging; buyers and rival vendors will watch whether Eudia uses it for product depth, data assets or talent. Trust, accuracy and organisational context remain the stated design constraints for CLO buyers.

Eudia is pitching human-plus-platform Augmented Intelligence rather than fully autonomous legal agents — a framing that may matter in regulated industries where counsel must own the advice.
