Encore AI, formerly Insait IO, has raised US$30 million in Series A funding led by Team8, Planven and The Garage, the company said on 29 July 2026. Founder and chief executive Dr Dvir Ginzburg is building an enterprise platform meant to generate revenue from customer interactions, not only deflect support tickets.
Ginzburg said: "Every enterprise is sitting on years of customer interaction data that it is not fully using." Encore AI argues that years of contact-centre and digital interaction data can teach systems how top performers convert and retain, then deploy those behaviours at scale in regulated industries including financial services.
The rebrand from Insait IO accompanied the raise, signalling a sharper focus on revenue outcomes. Investor voices in the PR Newswire release backed the combination of learning from human best practice and controls suited to enterprise buyers.
Encore AI plans to use the Series A to expand deployments where customer conversations are treated as a growth channel, not only a cost centre to automate away.
