On 29 April 2025 Earnix announced a definitive agreement to acquire Zelros, a Generative AI specialist for insurers and banks.
Deal framed as combining Earnix predictive AI with Zelros GenAI recommendations across risk decisioning, personalisation and claims.
Mutual customers cited include Aviva, AXA, BPCE, IAG, Generali, Matmut, Santander and Tokio Marine; Matmut CIO/CIO quotes support the combination.
Earnix CEO Robin Gilthorpe quoted; company said it would establish a key development centre in France.
