CoreWeave priced an initial public offering of 37,500,000 Class A shares at US$40.00 per share, the company said on 27 March 2025. Of those, 36.59 million shares were sold by the company and 0.91 million by selling stockholders, with an over-allotment option of up to 5.625 million shares.

Trading was expected to begin on 28 March 2025 on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker CRWV, with closing expected on 31 March 2025. Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs acted as joint lead bookrunners.

CoreWeave describes itself as an AI hyperscaler operating US and European data centres since 2017. GPU capacity providers are now public-market stories as much as infrastructure vendors.

Buyers and investors should separate IPO pricing mechanics from contracted capacity, customer concentration and power availability — none of which are settled by the offering price alone.
