Copla has raised €6 million in a Series A led by Iron Wolf Capital, the company said on 19 February 2026. Operator Stack joined alongside Specialist VC, SuperHero Capital, FirstPick, NGL Ventures and Loggerhead Partners. Proceeds will fund product expansion — including Copla Bridge for partners and multi-entity programmes — team growth and scaling internationally beyond the EU.

Founded in Vilnius in 2023 by Aurimas Bakas, Andrius Minkevičius and Nojus Bendoraitis, Copla translates frameworks such as DORA, the EU AI Act and the Cyber Resilience Act into guided, evidence-based workflows with continuous evidence capture. The company said it serves more than 100 regulated European customers and reached seven-figure annual recurring revenue within just over a year of its seed round. Bakas and Minkevičius previously co-founded core banking platform Paysolut, later acquired by SumUp.

Chief executive Bakas said: "Regulation is getting sharper, but most compliance is still stuck in spreadsheets. We built Copla so compliance stays current by default, and so companies can grow with confidence instead of audit anxiety." Viktoras Jucikas, founding partner at Iron Wolf Capital, said Copla turns compliance from theatre into operations and that the founders know what it means to operate where failure is not an option.

Supervisory colour in the announcement — DORA already mandatory, EU AI Act obligations from August 2026, Cyber Resilience Act from December 2027 — is presented as market context from the company-authored primary.
