C3 AI announced preliminary fourth-quarter and full-year fiscal 2026 results and said Thomas M. Siebel resumed as chief executive effective 8 May 2026, the company said on 12 May 2026. Stephen Ehikian continues as president reporting to Siebel.

Preliminary figures put Q4 revenue at US$51.6 million within guidance and FY2026 revenue at US$250.3 million. Cash, cash equivalents and investments were US$575.4 million. Management outlined a restructuring plan targeting about US$135 million of annualised non-GAAP cost savings.

The company continues to position the C3 Agentic AI Platform, industry applications and C3 Generative AI for enterprise buyers. Preliminary numbers remain subject to final audited results.

Enterprise software investors and customers should treat the figures as preliminary until the 10-K, and watch how the CEO transition affects product roadmap and go-to-market focus.
