Bind AI has publicly launched an AI workforce for insurance brokers and agencies with US$10 million raised, the company said on 14 October 2026. Bonfire Ventures is named among the backers, alongside angels including Karim Atiyeh and Draper Associates, in a PR Newswire release that also claims hundreds of agencies already live on the platform.
Leadership commentary said: "Agents and brokers didn't get into insurance to do data entry, but that's where their days go" The product is pitched at quote-to-bind work inside brokers' inboxes and carrier portals — data entry, submission packaging and portal chasing that steals producer time from clients.
A further line in the materials said: "We built Bind AI to be the AI teammate that handles the work no one wants to do, so brokers can be in front of clients instead of behind a screen. The hundreds of agencies live on Bind AI today are proof that when you deliver outcomes instead of tools, brokers adopt fast." Scale claims such as billions in commercial premium on the platform remain company-stated.
Brokers evaluating Bind AI will want evidence on carrier-portal coverage, error rates on submissions, and how human review is enforced before binds go out.
